Carmax referred me to the east coast and they have been nothing but professional and honest with me from the moment I talk to them. They did exactly what they said they would but the best thing I loved about east coast, the keep me informed all the way of my journey in fixing my audi. Jason was professional all the time and a pleasure to talk to. I will be back with any issues i have with my audi. Don't want anyone else to touch my car..

I brought my new to me 2013 BMW M6 in for an oil change, a couple small issues and overall inspection. Nate was amazing to work with, his communication was excellent and the pricing was very fair and reasonable. I will be bringing my car back to Nate and East Coast Euro Werks for any needed service.

As someone who has always serviced my cars myself, my first BMW sent me for a loop when doing a simple repair. Was able to bring it here and they had the problem diagnosed within an hour, part took 2 days to arrive, and had it done before noon of the day they told me it would be ready. Great service with excellent communication, and even will give you a complimentary loaner vehicle. Great job and thank you to the team of mechanics who were able to fix my car!

I woke up one morning and had 3 sensor lights on my dashboard and zero the night before. I had several friends recommended East Coast Auto Works, I decided to call them after reading there Google reviews and really did not want to deal with the BMW dealership on College Road due to some past experiences. I called described my situation they listened made arrangements for me to drop off car the next morning. Came back around 3 pm that afternoon, gentlemen said it was a sensor issue very easy to fix no problem you don't owe us a dime. I appreciate the teams professionalism, character and integrity. You just gained a new customer and I will spread the word. Thank you again. I'll be back.
